1. Introduction

4. Our Response to DMCA Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice that meets all the requirements above:​

  1. We will promptly investigate the claim.

  2. If we determine the material is infringing, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material.

  3. We will make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that it has been removed or disabled.

  4. We may provide the user with a copy of the Takedown Notice, including your contact information.

Please note that the final decision on whether to remove material is at our discretion, but we will act in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.​


5. How to File a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice containing the following information:​

a) Identification of the removed material

  • Describe the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (specific URL).​

b) Statement under penalty of perjury

  • Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”​

c) Consent to jurisdiction

  • Include the following statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the [appropriate court for your location, e.g., District Court for the district in which my address is located or, if outside India, the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India], and I will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of that person.”​

d) Contact information

Our Response to Counter-Notices:

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringement within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.​


6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access privileges of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.​

If we receive multiple valid DMCA Takedown Notices regarding content posted by the same user, or if a user repeatedly posts infringing material after receiving warnings, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove all content posted by that user.

  • Terminate the user’s account or access to the Site.

  • Block the user’s email address and IP address from future access.

We may also take additional action as deemed appropriate under the circumstances.​


7. False Claims and Misuse

Please be aware that:​

  • False DMCA claims may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages and attorneys’ fees.

  • Abuse of the DMCA process (such as submitting notices to harass, intimidate, or suppress lawful speech) is taken seriously and may result in legal action.
